Two days National Level CRE programme, 2 and 3 February organized by Manovikas College of Special Education, Ujjain through online mode from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm. inaugurated today. Topic of the programme is “Individualized Education Programme” (IEP) approved by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), New Delhi.
The program was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Shri Sabir Ahmad Siddiqui, Joint Director, Samajik Nyay Evam Nishakt Jan Kalyan Vibhag, Ujjain.
The programe started with the lighting of lamp and chanting of prayer. The Chief Guest of the programme was honoured by Bishop Dr. Sebastian Vadakel, Fr. Tom George and Dr. Prem Chhabra.
The chief guest of the programme was introduced by Dr. Prem Chhabra, Academic Director, MCSE.
The Roman Catholic Ujjain Diocese Bishop Dr. Sebastian Vadekal, presided over the programme and in his blessful words gave lots of blessings and best wishes to all the participants.
Outline of the two days CRE programme was presented by CRE Coordinator Mr. Shivam Rai, Asstt. Prof. , MCSE, Ujjain and also he conducted the inauguration programme on 2nd Feb four speakers presented their session. In the first half Mrs. Krupa Velani, Project Manager (Field), Blind People’s Association Ahmedabad, Mrs. Deepa Atul Joshi, Training coordinator, Blind People’s Association Ahmedabad, Mrs. Vimal Thawani, Project Director, Blind People’s Association India and second half Mr. Shivam Rai, Assistant Professor, MCSE Ujjain, Mrs. Deepa Atul Joshi, Training coordinator, Blind People’s Association Ahmedabad were the Resource Person.
Total Number of participants were 125 beloing to New Delhi, Vellore, Kerala, Bangluru, J&K, Haryana,Thiruvananthapuram, Vellayamkudy etc. 82% special educator participated. 73.3% women partcipants. Technical suport given by Mr. Gaurav Agrawal, ICT incharge, MCSE, Ujjain.
