The release of the illustrated book “Aagar Malwa Jila Itihas our Paryatan”, written by Jhalawar ‘s historian Lalit Sharma and edited by Dr. Varsha Nalwe, Ajmer concluded on Sunday evening at the Manovikas Special Education College, Ujjain. Art historian Shri Narmada Prasad Upadhyay, the Chief Guest, said that this work is going to reveal many historical aspects of Malwa and Rajasthan because this district is situated at the meeting of the two states. The overall cultural and tourism importance of the state is revealed by such regional work. President Father Tom George said that it is necessary to write such a book of regional history for every district so that the complete tourism information of each district can be known. Special guest Dr. Prem Chhabra said that in today’s era it is necessary to connect the new generation with such books so that they can know the importance of their cultural heritage. Next Seth Amit Kasliwal said that the organization of the book is of excellent quality because the description of many places has been collected in a lively manner. Rajesthan in future research can be done on the medieval history of Malwa. Special guest Dr. Bhavna Vyas said that the work of Agar District reveals every cultural aspect of this area along with archeology which is very important for research. On this occasion, Author Lalit Sharma presented a detailed outline of the book. In the ceremony, the guests honored Dr. Arvind Kumar Jain for their archaeological contribution by providing shawls, shriphals and by wearing them uparna. The guests were welcomed by Dr. Manju Yadav, Anshu Garg, Shweta Pathak. After the ceremony, all the dignitaries and scholars were given a tour to the Jain Archaeological Museum of Ujjain and the texts of the archaeological art there.
झालावाड़ के इतिहासकार ललित शर्मा द्वारा लिखित एवं शुजालपुर मालवा की डॉ. वर्षा नालमे द्वारा सम्पादित सचित्र पुस्तक ‘‘आगर मालवा जिला-इतिहास और पर्यटन’’ का विमोचन रविवार शाम उज्जैन के मनोविकास विशेष शिक्षा महाविद्यालय में सम्पन्न हुआ।
मुख्य अतिथि कला इतिहासकार नर्मदा प्रसाद उपाध्याय ने कहा कि यह कृति मालवा और राजस्थान के अनेक इतिहास पक्ष को उद्घाटित करने वाली है क्योंकि यह जिला उक्त दोनो प्रदेशों के मिलन पर स्थित है। ऐसे ही क्षेत्रीय कार्यो से प्रदेश का समग्र सांस्कृतिक और पर्यटन महत्व उद्घाटित होता है।
अध्यक्ष फादर टॉम जार्ज ने कहा कि क्षेत्रीय इतिहास की ऐसी पुस्तक हर जिले के लिये लिखा जाना आवश्यक है, जिससे प्रत्येक जिले की सम्पूर्ण पर्यटन जानकारी का ज्ञान हो सके। विशिष्ट अतिथि डॉ. प्रेम छाबड़ा ने कहा कि आज के दौर में ऐसी पुस्तक से नवीन पीढ़ी को जोड़ना आवश्यक है ताकि वे अपनी सांस्कृतिक धरोहर के महत्व को जान सके। विशिष्ट अतिथि सेठ अमित कासलीवाल ने कहा कि इस पुस्तक की सरसता उत्तम स्तर की है क्योंकि इसमें अनेक स्थलों का वर्णन जीवन्त भाव से संचित किया गया है। विशिष्ट अतिथि पत्रकार दिशा अविनाश शर्मा ने कहा कि प्रस्तुत कृति मालवा के सांस्कृतिक इतिहास का महत्वपूर्ण सौपान है जिसे आधार बना कर भविष्य में राजस्थान और मालवा के मध्यकालीन इतिहास पर शोध की जा सकती है। विशिष्ट अतिथि डॉ. भावना व्यास ने कहा कि आगर जिले की कृति पुरातत्व के साथ इस क्षेत्र के प्रत्येक सांस्कृतिक पक्ष को उद्घाटित करती है जो शोध के लिये अति महत्वपूर्ण है। इस अवसर पर लेखक ललित शर्मा ने पुस्तक की विस्तृत रूपरेखा प्रस्तुत की। समारोह में अतिथियों ने पुरातत्व योगदान हेतु डॉ. शशि अहिरवार एवं डॉ. अरविन्द कुमार जैन को शॉल, श्रीफल, प्रतीक चिन्ह प्रदत्त कर एवं ओपरना पहनाकर सम्मानित किया। अतिथियों का स्वागत डॉ. अंजना सिंह गौर, डॉ. प्रीति पाण्डे, बंशीधर बन्धु, डॉ. मंजू यादव, अंशु गर्ग, श्वेता पाठक ने किया। समारोह का संचालन डॉ. वर्षा नालमे ने किया एवं आभार गायत्री शर्मा ने दिया। समारोह पश्चात् सभी गणमान्य लोगों एवं विद्वानों को उज्जैन के जैन पुरातत्व संग्रहालय का भ्रमण करवा कर वहां के पुरातत्व कला के ग्रन्थ भेंट किये गये।
