
An international 7 Days Faculty Development Program On Inclusive Education webinar organized by Indian Teachers Education Community In Collaboration with Manovikas College of Special Education, Ujjain was inaugurated on Wednesday 14/10/2020 at 9 am. In the inaugural session of the seminar the chief guest Dr. Himangshu Das, Director of National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities (NIEPVD, Dehradun), Program Chairman Bishop Dr. Sebastian Vadakel, Father Tom George, Director Manovikas College of Special Education, Ujjain, Dr. Prem Chhabra, Academic Director,Manovikas College and Co-Convener Dr. Pramod Kumar Gupta, Founder, Indian Teacher Education Community Group.

This seminar was broadcast live online through the world. On the first day after the inauguration of the program, Honorable Mr. Naresh Bhatia, Social Activist M.B.A, Penn state university, U.S. presented his lectures on the scenario of inclusive education as the keynote speaker. Thereafter, Father Tom George introduced inclusive education to all the participants.
On the second day of the program, Dr. S. Parween, Assistant Professor, Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational & Research Institute Coimbatore, Tamilnadu introduced the inclusive principles.
Third day in the episode of the program Dr. Kaushal Sharma, Associate Professor, Dr. Shakuntala Mishra National Rehabilitation University, Lucknow U.P. Guided all the participants by discussing collaborative and adjustment in inclusive education.
On the fourth day of the program Ms. Moumita Bisvas , Assistant Professor, NIEPID RC Kolkata West Bengal highlighted the need for change in residential design and curriculum in inclusive education for special children.
On the fifth day of the program, Ms. Gladys Sailaja , Special Educator Govt. High School, A.P. presented her lectures with important information regarding academic instruction in inclusive education.
On the sixth day of the program, Ms. Manju Shashidharan, Special Educator, M.Ed Special Education Development and Family Guidance, Goa presented her lectures to provide key information about the arrangement of government plans and facilities structure in inclusive education.
On the last day of the seven-day seminar Dr. D.N. Sansanwal, Former HOD and Dean of SOE, DAVV Indore M.P. threw light on a very important subject like research and its field in inclusive education. He told how the younger generation can make their life successful by doing research on important topics like inclusive education and providing support for special needs section in the society.
At the end of the program, the program coordinator Dr. Prem Chhabra thanked all the experts and executive committee of the entire program for this successful event and thanked them. Also thanked the 80 participants from different countries of the world for this program. The event of the seven-day webinar was conducted online by Mr. Gaurav Agrawal, Manovikas College, Ujjain
