
A two days (28,29 October 2021) National Level CRE Program organized by Manovikas College of Special Education, Ujjain through online mode from 9.30 to 5.00 pm. Topic of the program is “Understanding Learning Disability: Assessment, Diagnosis and Intervention”, approved by RCI, New Delhi.
The program was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Dr. Smita Bhawalkar, Principal, Saraswati Education College, Ujjain and Dean, Vikram University, Ujjain and Shri Diwakar Natu Ji, former chairman, Singhastha Mela Pradhikaran and former principal, Lokmaya Tilak Higher Secondary School, Ujjain.
The Roman Catholic Ujjain Diocese Bishop Dr. Sebastian Vadakel, presided over the programme which was also graced by Father Tom George, Director, MCSE and Dr. Prem Chhabra, Academic Director, MCSE were also present.
Dr. Smita Bhawalkar present their views on the CRE program topic and told that “we should look at the field of learning disability as learning abilities” and as a very good facilitator we should fulfil the responsibility of a teacher. She concluded her words by saying that, “On the mind of the student the teacher’s impression is on their whole personality. It is very important for us to purify ourselves from this world. Bishop ji Dr. Sebastian Vadakel in his blissful words gave lots of blessings and best wishes to all the participants and also told that “We human beings are brothers and sisters and we should help each other”.
The program started with the lighting of lamp and chanting of prayer. The Chief Guests of the programme was honoured by Bishop Dr. Sebastian Vadakel, Fr. Tom George and Dr. Prem Chhabra.

Outline of the two days CRE programme was presented by CRE Coordinator Miss Jyoti Kamble, Asstt. Professor in Clinical Psychology, MCSE, Ujjain also she conducted the inauguration program on 28th October four speakers presented their sessions. In the first half Shri. Dashrath Choudhari, Lecturer in Rehabilitation Psychology, NIEPID, Secunderabad (introduced by Mrs. Megha Tiwari, Lecturer and Sign Language Interpreter, 2 hours) and Mr. Shivam Rai, Asstt. Professor, MCSE, Ujjain (1 Hour) were the Resource Person and in the second half Miss Jyoti Kamble, Asstt. Professor (1 hour), and Dr.Ram Shanker Saxena AIRS,Amity University, Noida Campus (2 Hours) were the Resource Person.
